Followed by an Open Forum where the speakers will take questions from the floor for discussion. (This session will include reference to Part L of the Building Regulations.)
11.45-12.45	MR. MOTIVATOR Allen Wilson FISPE and Alan King MISPE	Pay is poor, conditions are hot and humid, training is demanding and responsibility levels are high.
