£268.25 per sqm ex VAT.

Our space only package gives you the flexibility to create your own bespoke stand, many of our space only exhibitors hire their own stand contractor to create that ‘wow’ factor exhibition presence.  Exhibitors are responsible for all stand construction and services. Plans must be submitted for approval. The official stand contractor will be pleased to quote for design and construction of individual stands using modular features. Carpet is included.

£320.25 per sqm ex VAT.

For our exhibitors wanting the convenience of a stand package, our shell scheme option includes:

  • Modular walling with white infill panels
  • Company name board 
  • Carpet
  • Basic spot lights
  • 1x 500w power socket
  • A table & 2 chairs

All UK exhibitors have the option to “smooth” payment of stand costs by effecting regular payments via BACS or Direct Debit – the final payment being required by 30 December 2026. 

Bookings before 01/06/2026

If not paying by monthly BACS or Direct Debit payments can be split:

25% on contract                   
25% on 30/07/2026
25% on 30/09/2026
25% on 30/11/2026   

Between 02/06/2026 - 31/10/2026

50% on contract
50% on 30/11/2026                   

After 01/11/2026

100% on contract
