Exhibiting

Shell scheme stands Include: modular wall system, name board, carpeted floor, 1x 500w power point, basic spot lighting, table & two chairs.
If you are planning to build an interior within your shell scheme, please contact Helen on +44 (0)1264 358 558 for exact internal dimensions, quoting your stand number.

Space only stands come with grey carpet.

BUILD-UP

Sunday 31st January 2027 - 08:30 ‘Space only’ stand construction will commence (access will be according to your stand location). .
Monday 1st February 2027 - 08:30 Access for all stand holders.
Please note that some shell stands may not be ready for occupancy before 12.00 on Monday 1st February 2027.  Shell scheme exhibitors needing to set up before this time should contact the organisers.
All exhibitors must have their stands ready by 20.00 on Monday 1st February 2027.

There are ample onsite car parking spaces for both exhibitors and visitors.  You can pre-register for complimentary parking via the Coventry Building Society Arena website using code: SPATEX27.

(Please ensure you use this code as there is a different code for visitors).
Commercial/Delivery Vehicles:
Parking for commercial vehicles is available on site.

Show Guide

Yes, each exhibitor will be listed in alphabetical order. The entry will consist of company name, address details and product listing. Please make sure you check/amend this information online at the E-Zone.

Yes, you can book either a full or half page advertisement within the show guide.  This is only open to exhibitors. Please complete the booking form online at the E-Zone.

E-Zone

Badges

You can print off your own pdf badges using the online form on the E-Zone.

You can amend your badges at any time before arrival on-site.  However reprinting of badges takes moments and can be done on-site at the Registration Desks.
