Aquaservice AS, a leading provider of advanced water treatment technologies, has proudly announced the opening of its new UK headquarters located in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. Operating as Aquaservice Water Engineering UK Ltd, the new facility features modern office space, warehouse operations, and a dedicated technical support and commissioning centre – all designed to better serve customers across the UK and Europe.

For those unfamiliar with the name, Aquaservice AS is an 100% employee-owned Norwegian manufacturing company specialising in construction and manufacturing in HDPE. Founded in 1985, for the last 40 years, it has specialised in the aquaculture industry, producing products in HDPE, ranging from automatic self-cleaning filters, UV systems… basically anything involving water for the Aquaculture sector.

Close collaboration with the aquaculture industry, along with unique expertise and experience from various forms of water treatment, has made the company one of the leading suppliers of water treatment equipment in this field, and with this specialist knowledge, it offers offers filtration and UV system solutions to the wet leisure sector via its ‘Pool line’ products.

Aquaservice are a close-knit group of specialists with a “yes we can attitude” that is reflected in the flexibility of production, in in the choice of materials, in the quality, in the professional pride – and in the solutions presented and all engineering and production is performed at the company’s 12,000m2 Norwegian factory located in Sykkylven municipality in Sunnmøre.

Aquaservice’s expansion in the UK reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and responsive service across a broad range of sectors. From the new headquarters, the British team will support, promote, and sell:

  • Comprehensive water treatment technologies, including advanced filtration and validated ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems.
  • Specialised solutions tailored for the aquatics industry.

The new location will also house a skilled service support to ensure rapid response times and professional commissioning for all Aquaservice AS solutions across the UK.

Heading up the UK operations are newly appointed Sales Director Duncan Ockendon and Service Director Adam Ashton Burrows. Duncan brings with him a wealth of experience in water treatment and UV disinfection across a range of applications and markets. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Aquaservice’s market presence and expanding the company’s client relationships across the region.  With over 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry, Adam also has a strong background in UV technology and operational excellence, customer service innovation, plus team development.  Under the leadership of UK Managing Director Diane White, together, this leadership team brings more than 75 years of combined experience in the UV and water treatment sector – a powerful foundation for innovation, technical excellence and customer satisfaction.  Commenting on the two appointments, Diane White said: “Their expertise will help us elevate our service delivery and ensure we continue to exceed customer expectations.”

As part of their commitment to the British market, and being no strangers to exhibiting at industry shows around Europe, the Aquaservice team are also delighted to announce that they will be participating at the landmark 30th anniversary SPATEX exhibition in Coventry for the first time from 3 to 5 February 2026.
