This session is not only open to BISHTA members but anyone else with an interest in the hot tub sector. There will be an update on the new European standard for domestic spas (EN 17125) and also information about training courses that are available to enhance the education of the workforce. The meeting will also be an opportunity to find out how BISHTA can network with other agencies to reduce the chances of poor (or illegal) practice by some companies in the industry.
