ESSENTIAL FORMS & SERVICES - Please complete the required forms.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Order forms for stand catering, temp staff etc. 

FULL CIRCLE HUB - SPATEX official contractor for required forms for nameboard and furniture packs plus shell scheme upgrades etc.

REGISTRATION HUB - Order your Exhibitor Badges, Visitor Info Capture App. and send personalised digital invitations from here.

HEALTH & SAFETY HUB - Complete all the relevant forms as requested.  Should you have any H&S / RA queries, do contact Andy by email (andy@krmsafety.management) quoting SPATEX 2025 & your stand number.  

INSURANCE - Your Exhibitor Contract requires you to have both Public & Employers’ Liability Insurance at an amount not less than £5,000,000.  (Please refer to item 24 of Rules & Regulations, see also item 38 Dilapidations).  

A copy of your policy that will cover the period of the show including build up and break down is required.
