Water is available for filling of pools etc.  All Exhibitors using water with exhibits must notify the Organisers before 10th December 2024.  A Water Declaration Form will be required to be completed prior to filling.  It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure that the exhibit is and remains water tight during the show (SPATEX 2025).  Any damage caused by leakage from your exhibit will make your Company liable for any claims made against SPATEX in this respect.                                                    

Water used by exhibits – spas, pools, saunas, displays, etc. – must be treated as per relevant Health and Safety Standards including testing - at least 3 times a day - and record keeping as required by HSEL8. ). Download a water testing record sheet here.
