Charles Steward

Charles Steward is a final year PhD candidate at Coventry University. Prior to studying at Coventry University, he completed my MSc in Exercise Physiology at Beijing Sport University. His research is focussed on investigating whether hot tubs can improve cardiovascular health. The fundamental goal of my research is to contribute to the growing body of evidence 

suggesting that heat therapies can improve cardiovascular health and disseminate these findings to the general public and health practitioners.
