Julian Mills - MISPE

Julian started in the leisure industry in 1981, working in the local authority sector for 7 years, until in 1988 opening up the first modular leisure club for Crest Hotels, starting a 20 year career running and operating hotel leisure clubs on a national level. The last 15 years have been spent using the knowledge gained in training teams in how to run and facilitate all aspects of operations in leisure facilities, emphasising that high standards lead to greater customer satisfaction.
