Designworks Tiles announce promotion of Gavin Leach to the role of Contract Sales Manager for the South
Sadly, Robb Kelleher has moved on to pastures new, and we thank him for his contribution and wish him every success in the future. We’re absolutely thrilled, however, to announce that Gavin Leach has been promoted to the role of Contract Sales Manager for the South.
Gavin has been with Designworks for over 10 years and has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and deep industry knowledge. His promotion is a fantastic example of our commitment to nurturing talent and offering opportunities for growth within the business.
Gavin has been a familiar face at SPATEX for many years and is excited to return in 2026 in his new role—representing Designworks with fresh energy and continued passion for the industry.
We’re also pleased to welcome Victoria Collins to the Designworks team in a new role supporting our Contract Sales division. Victoria joined parent company Original Style three years ago in Customer Services, where she quickly distinguished herself through outstanding account management and strong client relationships. She brings a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to learning, and we’re excited to support her development as she takes on this new challenge.
