When and where is SPATEX 2017?

SPATEX is the pool and spa Show with pedigree, expertise and tradition and is now in its 21st consecutive year. Join us from Tuesday 31st January - Thursday 2nd February 2017.

What are the stand build up and breakdown hours?


Sunday 29th January 2017 08:00 ‘Space only’ stand construction may commence.
Monday 30th January 2017 08:00 Access for all standholders.
Please note that some Shell Stands may not be ready for occupancy before 12.00 on Monday 30th January.  Shell scheme exhibitors needing to set up before this time should contact the organisers.
All Exhibitors must have their stands ready by 20.00 on Monday 30th January.


Removal of all portable exhibits may commence after 16:00 Thursday 2nd February.
All exhibits and stand fittings must be removed from the hall by 12:00 Friday 3rd February 2017.

Is carpet included in my stand booking?

All stands, including ‘space only’ sites are provided with grey carpet.

What is included with my shell package?

Shell Scheme Stands: Include carpeted floor, 500w power point, basic lighting, table & two chairs.
If you are planning to build an interior within your Shell Scheme, please contact Helen on +44 (0)1264 358 558 for exact internal dimensions, quoting your stand number.

Where do I park my car?

There are ample free onsite car parking spaces for both Exhibitors and Visitors.
Commercial/Delivery Vehicles:
Free  parking for commercial vehicles is available on site.

How do I access the exhibitor manual?

The Exhibitor Services button will be live as of 1st September for the Online Manual and relevant forms.

When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

Exhibitor Badges are available for collection at the venue from 4pm on Monday 30th January.

What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

Reprinting of badges takes moments and can be done at the Registration Desks at any time.

Am I entitled to a free entry in the show guide?

Each exhibitor will be listed in alphabetical order. The entry will consist of company name, address details and product listing. Please make sure you check/amend this information online at Exhibitor Services.

What is Expo Guide?

Expo Guide is a Mexican-based organisation that regularly publicises services to exhibitors at events, primarily in Europe. 
SPATEX does not endorse or support this company or their services.
Expoguide uses a form, which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory, which contracts the purchaser into the three-year, non-retractable agreement.
In the run up to SPATEX 2017, we anticipate you might be contacted so we are making you aware in advance of this company's activities.
Expoguide is in no way associated to SPATEX Limited.
Their form should not be confused with the SPATEX Show Guide entry or website forms for our event. We offer all SPATEX exhibitors a FREE profile and listing on our website which is marketed and promoted heavily in the run up to the show.
If you are unclear about any products and services being offered to you in relation to SPATEX 2017, please do contact us without hesitation.
