When and where is SPATEX 2017?

SPATEX is the pool and spa Show with pedigree, expertise and tradition and is now in its 21st consecutive year. 2014 saw the Exhibition move to the state-of-the-art Ericsson Exhibition Hall, Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

Is it free to visit? 

Yes - trade visitors have free entry to the show.

Can I visit the exhibition if I’m not in the trade?

Non-trade can visit for free by registering online.

How can I register to attend SPATEX 2017?

Register online at Registration or on the day at the Registration Desks.

I attended the show last year, will I be automatically re-registered?

Yes - Auto Registration emails confirming your details will be sent out in early September.

Are the badges posted out?

No – this year, to fast track our Registration process,  you will receive an E- Badge, please print and bring it with you.

How do I get to the Ricoh Arena?

Please go to our Getting There page for more information.

Where can I park?

There is ample free onsite car parking.

Are there disabled facilities at the venue?

Yes - do ask a member of our team for more information/assistance.

Is there a cloakroom facility?

Yes - there is a cloakroom facility next to the Registration Desks.

Are the daily workshops and seminars free to attend?

Yes - all our workshops and seminars are free to attend. These are extremely popular so go early as seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

I need a letter of invitation, please can you provide one?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide letters of invitation to overseas visitors. We recommend that you contact your embassy to find out what is required to obtain a visa. Alternatively visit www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
