Jo Cooper

Jo Cooper, Detective Inspector from Sussex Police now on secondment to the Home Office Explosive Precursor Engagement team that sits within the Homeland Security Group. Within policing Jo has an investigative background having worked in modern slavery and human trafficking, organised crime and serious and complex investigations. Jo’s role in the team is to provide strategic oversight to the team’s aims and objectives and lead on engagement within retail, industry raising awareness and compliance with the Poisons Act. This includes both domestic and international partners.
