Visiting the Show/FAQS

SPATEX is the pool and spa Show with pedigree, expertise and tradition. 2014 saw the Exhibition move to the state-of-the-art Coventry Building Society Arena, Coventry, CV6 6GE.

Is it free to visit?

Yes - all visitors have free entry to the show.

Can I visit the exhibition if I’m not in the trade?

Yes non-trade can visit for free by registering online.

Are the daily workshops and seminars free to attend?

Yes - all our workshops and seminars are free to attend, with many offering CPD points. These are extremely popular so arrive early as seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

How do I get to the Coventry Building Society Arena?

Where can I park?

There is ample free onsite car parking.

Are there disabled facilities at the venue?

Yes - do ask a member of our team for more information/assistance.

Is there a cloakroom facility?

Yes - there is a cloakroom facility next to the Registration Desks.

How can I register to attend SPATEX 2025?

Register online at Registration or on the day at the Registration Desks.

Are the badges posted out?

No – to fast track our Registration process, you will receive an E- Badge, please print and bring it with you.

I attended the show last year, will I be automatically re-registered?

Yes - Auto Registration emails confirming your details will be sent out late in October.

I need a letter of invitation, please can you provide one?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide letters of invitation to overseas visitors. We recommend that you contact your embassy to find out what is required to obtain a visa. Alternatively visit https://www.gov.uk/visit-uk-business-trip.
