Admission Policy

Trade Visitors

  • Registration Options: Attendees have the option to register online in advance or at the Registration Desk located at the trade show venue. Online registration allows for faster check-in and may offer certain benefits, such as priority access or exclusive updates. On-site registration at the Registration Desk is available for those who have not registered in advance or prefer to do so in person.
  • Free Entry: Entry to the trade show is free for all visitors. There is no admission fee required to access the exhibition areas, seminars, workshops, and other designated areas open to attendees.
  • Photography: Please be aware that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and used in promotional materials.
  • Supervision of Young Children: Attendees are responsible for the supervision of young children accompanying them to the trade show. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and should not be left unattended to roam the exhibition areas or touch products on display. This ensures the safety of both the children and the exhibitors' products.
  • Badge Requirement: All attendees are required to wear their provided badges prominently and visibly at all times during the trade show. The badges serve as identification and must be worn to access the exhibition areas, seminars, workshops, and other designated areas. Failure to display a valid badge, such as obtaining a visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
  • Non-Transferability of Badges: Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Each badge is assigned to a specific individual and is non-transferable. Sharing or transferring badges is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry or removal from the trade show.
  • GDPR Compliance: The trade show organisers are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensuring the privacy and protection of attendees' personal data. By attending the trade show, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information for the purposes of event registration, communication, and relevant marketing activities.
  • Code of Conduct: By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing or leafleting.  All attendees are expected to adhere to SPATEX Limited code of conduct that promotes professionalism, respect, and a positive environment throughout the trade show. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event.
